The process
A writ of possession, court order, or bank or asset-manager work order, plus proof you own or manage the property.
Tell us the date and time window of the writ execution or access date, and we schedule around it.
Every exterior lock is rekeyed or replaced, and you get the new keys, an invoice and photos for your records.
Good to know
We check paperwork on every job, so the lock change holds up later.
For evictions, we change locks once the writ of possession is executed. For bank-owned properties, we work from the lender’s or asset manager’s work order.
Landlord lockouts for unpaid rent must follow Texas Property Code §92.0081, including advance notice and a new key on request. We ask for the notice before we start.
Honest pricing
Published rates. The price you are quoted is the price you pay.
Hardware is quoted before we install it. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. See the full pricing menu.
Alexey was punctual and his price stated was the price at the end. Having dealt with previous locksmiths giving the run around and upping the price when the service was completed, this was very stress free and professional.
We bought a lock for a storage space and he installed it perfectly! and even fixed the door which was not installed properly!! Highly recommended for any commercial and residential job!
Alex was amazing! He secured a door for us in our Airbnb quickly and efficiently! It looks like we bought it from the store that way!
